“David built a super single-storey side-extension to add a kitchen extension/breakfast room and a utility room to our detached house. He started (and finished) ahead of schedule and the work was done to a very high standard and “to budget”. The project ran from December 2015 to May 2016 so he has to work through some fairly inclement weather but we were very impressed with his focus and commitment throughout. Between us, we even ironed out a slight wrinkle in the architect’s plans that would have restricted access to the rear garden and “designed” an alternative solution that we are extremely happy with. Despite having another project to go on to, David kindly agreed to extend the planned “groundwork” of drainage and generally tidying up the site to include re-laying a patio and constructing some new steps and paths.
